Consumer with registered mobile no. with WBSEDCL can now docket their 'No-Power' complaints either by sending SMS in a predefined text or by giving a missed call.
Consumer who have still not registered their mobile no. can use PULL SMS service for registration of mobile no.
Consumer can know their last bill and payment details with the help of PULL SMS service with registered Mobile no.
